In accordance with the salvation of people controlling forecast by Grigori Grabovoi of 24.02.2022, about the necessity of conducting the controlling for unification of the countries of the world, for the purpose that all the countries of the world sign a treaty for the peaceful resolution of conflicts, for the prevention of a possible global world catastrophe and, first of all, for the prevention of any nuclear catastrophe, it’s been stated at the meeting of the UN Security Council on 22 August 2022 like in the controlling forecast of 24.02.2022, i.e. the very same: “Many of the systems established decades ago are now facing challenges that were unimaginable to our predecessors — cyberwarfare, terrorism, and lethal autonomous weapons.” the UN Secretary-General said.
Also according to him, the nuclear risk has climbed to “its highest point in decades”. He noted, that now, the tools that have kept everything from “catastrophic world wars” are more important than ever. “We need to reforge a global consensus around the co-operation required to ensure collective security — including the work of the United Nations”, the UN Secretary-General highlighted.
Guterres noted, that the UN now explores “the diplomatic toolbox of the UN Charter to end conflicts” in particular “the capacity of establishing a new social contract” and unification of the countries.
