Dear participants of the educational program and other Followers of the Teaching of Grigori Grabovoi!
We inform you that the company GRIGORI GRABOVOI DOO has entered an active phase of legal protection of its status in connection with the decision of the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR) to initiate a compulsory liquidation procedure.
We consider this decision to be unfounded and unlawful, as it is based on a formal technical issue caused by banking restrictions and completely ignores the company’s many years of conscientious and bona fide activity.
GRIGORI GRABOVOI DOO is the only company that, using its own profits, concludes exclusively free sublicense agreements on the Education Program with devices, which increases the intensity of education.
In order to ensure transparency and protect the interests of numerous participants in educational and other programs, we are publishing key documents submitted to the state authorities of the Republic of Serbia:
- An administrative lawsuit filed with the court on behalf of Grigori Grabovoi, containing a detailed legal justification of the unlawfulness of the liquidation and violations of legislative norms. Download (PDF)

Smatramo da je ova odluka neosnovana i nezakonita, jer se zasniva na formalnom tehničkom razlogu nastalom usled bankarskih ograničenja i u potpunosti ignoriše dugogodišnje savesno i zakonito poslovanje kompanije.

Nous vous informons que la société GRIGORI GRABOVOI DOO est entrée dans une phase de protection juridique active de son statut suite à la décision de l’Agence serbe des registres des entreprises (APR) d’engager une procédure de liquidation forcée.
Nous considérons cette décision comme infondée et illégale, car elle repose sur un motif technique formel résultant de restrictions bancaires et ignore totalement de nombreuses années d’activité honnête et de bonne foi de la société.
GRIGORI GRABOVOI DOO est la seule société qui, à partir de ses propres bénéfices, conclut exclusivement des contrats de sous-licence gratuits pour le Programme de formation avec dispositifs, ce qui augmente l’intensité de l’éducation.

Vi informiamo che la società GRIGORI GRABOVOI DOO è entrata in una fase di attiva tutela legale del proprio status in relazione alla decisione dell’Agenzia serba per i registri delle imprese (APR) di avviare una procedura di liquidazione forzata.
Riteniamo tale decisione infondata e illegittima, poiché si basa su un motivo tecnico formale derivante da restrizioni bancarie e ignora completamente i molti anni di attività corretta e in buona fede della società.
